Synopsis

femme empowerment

“Do you know me? Really know me? You have opinions about my opinions, about my music, about my clothes, about my body”(Billie Eilish, Not My Responsibility)

In modern society, people are pressured to fit an unattainable standard. Those who don’t fit those standards experience poorer treatment than those who do. We’re imperfect and that’s okay, we’re all real people who deserve respect all the same, regardless of our looks. We don’t have to be beautiful, we can just be humans– and that itself is beautiful.

Mirror, Mirror concludes community is more powerful than any societal expectations.
